Error “Metrics are not Available Because Microsoft Office Charts not Installed”
You will normally see this error message in the top right hand module of your GP home screen. The error is triggered when GP tries to build a graph to display in the metrics module and the Microsoft Office Suite web components have not been installed on the client machine. A quick download of the web components will remedy this issue. Download the appropriate web components package to compliment your office suite.
